Raw Brussels Sprouts Salad Recipe
(with pomelo and avocado)
- Brussels sprouts (400 grams)
- Pomelo (1)
- Feta (50 gram)
- Avocado (1)
- Olive oil (3 tablespoons)
- Mustard (1 TL)
- Orange juice (4 tbsp)
- Maple syrup (1 tbsp)
- White wine vinegar (2 tbsp)
- Black sesame (2 tbsp)
Step 1: Wash the Brussels sprouts and cut off the stalk. Cut or slice into fine strips.
Step 2: Generously remove the peel of the pomelo, remove the pulp and pluck it into pieces.
Step 3: Halve the avocado, remove the stone, and cut the pulp into strips.
Step 4: Roughly crumble the feta & put all ingredients in a salad bowl.
Step 5: Mix the orange juice with olive oil, mustard, maple syrup, and white wine vinegar.
Step 6: Season the dressing well with salt and pepper.
Step 7: Mix with the salad and let it steep a little.
Step 8: Finally sprinkle with the black sesame seeds.

- 1 cup of fresh hazelnuts
