She wanted to let her guests taste the amazing buffalo wild wings Asian zing wing sauce. I told her the Asian zing sauce recipe & decided to also share it with my readers on this blog.

What is Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Sauce?
Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing Sweet and Spicy Sauce. It is a famous sauce product that is made of chili pepper, soy & ginger sauce. The Asian zing sauce comes with a nice sweetness and good heat to balance it out.

Asian Zing Sauce Recipe Details
The Asian zing sauce is an easy recipe. It will hardly take approximately 15 minutes. This sauce is sticky and flavorful- soy, ginger, and chili are notable, but the sauce is additionally sweet. The zing really comes through within the aftertaste.
- Soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Chili-garlic sauce ( 1/4 cup)
- Sugar (1/3 cup)
- Corn syrup (1/2 cup)
- Rice wine vinegar (4 tablespoons)
- Cornstarch (2 tablespoons)
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- Ginger (1/4 tablespoon)
- Salt (1/4 tablespoon)
- Garlic (1/4 tablespoon)
Step 1: First of all, combine rice wine vinegar & cornstarch together in a bowl or measuring cup. Mix it well.
Step 2: Take a small saucepan & combine all the other ingredients & mix it properly.
Step 3: Now, add the rice wine vinegar cornstarch mixture, and stir it well.
Step 4: Heat mixture on low/medium heat, stirring often until sauce reaches a boil and thickens.
Step 5: Now, add sauce (as much as is needed for the number of wings) to coat cooked chicken wings and toss. The sauce also makes an excellent dipping sauce for chicken fingers or for other crudities.
Note: If you think that the 4 tablespoons of cornstarch are too much. It may turn the sauce into a paste. Then I suggest, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in 4 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar.
